摘要
人事工作是高等学校行政管理工作体系中的重要部分,是高校各项工作健康运行的前提。高校人事干部应从提高政治思想素质、业务素质、科技素质、法治素质、组织协调素质、科学而艺术的表达能力、开拓创新能力等方面加强自身建设,做好本职工作,以适应高校教育体制改革的需要。
The personnel work in universities is an important component in the working system of administration and the premise for the healthy function of the university＇s daily work. The universities＇personnel cadres should improve themselves in such aspects as the ideological and political quality, quality of specialized knowledge, scientific and technological quality, quality in law and order, managing and coordinating quality, scientific and artistic ability in articulation, and creative and innovative ability so as to do a good job to adapt to the need for the reform of college educational system.
