进入"十一五"校长培训高原现象日趋明显。借鉴发达国家的教育经验,破解高原现象,不失为有效尝试。本文对中英基础教育及校长培训现状进行了分析比较,提出了提高我国基础教育和校长培训质量的思考与启示。

On entering the ＂Eleven-five-year Plan,＂ the plateau phenomenon in headmaster training has become obvious day by day. It is not an ineffective effort to use for reference the education experience of the developed country to analyze and explain the plateau phenomenon. This paper makes an analysis and comparison of the status quo of the Sino-British basic education and headmaster training and puts forwards some thought and inspirations on impro- ving the quality of our country＇s basic education and headmaster training.
