网络环境下高校图书馆新用户的教育工作,已成为当务之急。其中,高校图书馆新用户概念、获取文献情报信息的障碍,新用户教育的重要性、必要性,新用户教育的实施框架、内容、方式途径以及应注意的问题等,亟须从理论上明晰,在实际工作中尽快解决。

It becomes more and more urgent under the circumstance of network to give an education to every new users of libraries.
