摘要
任职资格是指某个职位对任职者的各种要求,企业有必要建立自身的任职资格管理体系,以促进企业目标的实现。任职资格管理体系由标准体系、运作体系和制度体系三个子体系构成。构建企业任职资格管理体系要充分考虑各种影响因素,遵循科学的步骤和一定的策略原则。
Enterprises need to establish their own management system for the Vocational Qualifications (VQs); VQs is incumbent on the various requirements, including academic, professional work experience;management system for the VQs consists of standard system, operating system and the system of three sub-systems. To build enterprise service management system,we need to take influential factors into consideration and comply with certain qualifications, steps and strategies.
