摘要
介绍了异步软起动高效稀土永磁电动机的原理、结构及研制过程。对普通异步起动稀土永磁同步电动机在使用过程中存在的起动电流大、振动大、起动困难等问题加以剖析和研究,并提出对策。异步软起动高效稀土永磁电动机在保持普通异步起动稀土永磁同步电动机高力能指标的同时其起动性能也得到较大的改善。
The principle, structure and development process of asynchronous soft starting of high efficiency rare earth permanent magnet motor were introduced, many problems such as large starting current, big vibration, difficulties in starting, etc. which exist in the use of the ordinary asynchronous starting of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor were analyzed, and puts forward the way to deal with such kinds of situations. The asynchronous soft starting of high efficiency rare earth permanent magnet motor, can retain the high force performance of the ordinary asynchronous starting of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor, meanwhile it can also improve a lot in the starting performance of the motor.
