摘要
对12只家犬利用缩窄主动脉法建立了心力衰竭模型,然后应用多普勒超声心动图测定主动脉瓣最大前向血流速度(Vmax)、平均加速度(MA)和加速时间内的速度时间积分(VTI),计算左室射血力(LVF),并用导管法同步测量左室瞬时压力变化(dp/dt)。结果显示心衰时Vmax,MA,LVF均明显下降且与dp/dt相关,其中LVF相关程度最好,提示LVF是一个更合理的左室收缩功能指标。
In order to investigate whether the left ventricular ejection force (LVF) reflects the changes of left ventricular contractile function, peak aortic blood velocity(V max ), mean acceleration (MA) and velocity time integral(VTI) were measured by Doppler echocardiography in 12 dogs with heart failure induced by aortic stenosis LVF was defined as ρ×CSA×VTI×MA The peak rate of rise of left ventricular pressure(dp/dt) was measured by catheterization The results showed that V max , MA and LVF were significantly decreased after heart failure and well correlated with dp/dt, in which correlation of LVF with dp/dt was superior to that of V max and MA In conclusion, LVF is a more reasonable Doppler index of left ventricular contractile function
