摘要
根据Torok的光在多层介质中传播的理论,分析了三维数据写入过程中,光束经过两层不同介质,在折射率不匹配情况下,聚焦点处的光强度分布。同时,用Matlab仿真了物镜数值孔径,存储介质折射率,存储深度等对聚焦光点强度和像差的影响,这些分析对三维光存储的实用化具有一定的意义。
Based on optical Toreks transmit theory in multi - layer media, the profile of intensity of focus point is simulated under the condition of refraction index mismatch, and then, by means of Maflab, the paper analyses the intensity and aberration in terms of several parameters, such as the object lens, refractive index and recording depth. These analyses are very significant in putting three - dimensional optical data storage in practical use.
