摘要 根据气相色谱实验内容不同而仪器操作基本相同的教学特点,把气相色谱定性分析、校正因子测定、面积归一化法定量分析这3个独立的实验贯穿起来,设计了包含以上分析方法的4学时实验,并通过试验自行选择了试剂和实验条件。编写中突出了实验方法和数据处理内容,使实验目的更加明确,未涉及的其他分析方法以思考题的形式给出。由于内容增多,学生在课上练习操作机会增多,并根据实验要求须记录大量数据,在课下则通过繁多的数据处理和做思考题对所学内容融会贯通,取得了巩固教学内容的良好教学效果。 Considering that the contents of gas chromatography experimentations are different and the main apparatus and operations are the same, we integrate three individual experiments into a whole one. The three experiments are the qualitative analysis experiment of gas chromatography, the measuring experiment of quantitative calibration factor, and the quantitative analysis experiment of normalization method. Experiments within four periods have been designed, which contains all the experiments described above, and the reagents and experimental conditions are designed according to the experimental experiences. In this paper, the experimental methods and data processing is a main point, which makes the experimental motive clear. Some follow- up questions are given in the end, which contain analysis methods that are not mentioned in the experiment teaching. In this way, students get more involved in the experiments, record lots of data and analyze them, and then they can think about the follow - up questions after class. It is a good way for them to learn.
