胆道术后患者不舒适原因分析及对策

The Cause and Nursing Preventions for Discomfort of Patients Un- dergoing Operation on Biliary Tract

目的探讨胆道术后患者不舒适原闲及护理对策。方法采用自行设计的《胆道手术后患者不舒适原因调查表》，对60例胆道手术后患者进行阶段性调查，根据调查的结果及护士的观察研究分析，提出相应的护理对策。结果胆道手术后造成患者不舒适的原因与术后天数有密切关系，24h内不舒适的原因依次为切口痛、全身酸痛不适及睡眠差；3d内不舒适原因主要是各种引流管刺激、排痰困难、腹痛腹胀、生活不能自理等；5d内主要是计划饮食及保健知识缺乏。结论胆道手术后不同时间段实施相应舒适护理，可以减轻患者的不适，促进康复，提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the cause and nursing preventions for discomfort of patients undergoing operation on biliary tract. Methods Investigate 60 patients undergoing operation on biliary tract in different stage with questionnaire of cause for discomfort. To study the result and the viewing of nurse, and to raise the preventions for discomfort of patients. Results There is a correlation between the uncomfortable and the time after the operation on biliary tract. The cause of the uncomfortable 24 hours after the operation are the pain in the cut, aching pain all over the body and the poor sleep ; 3 days after the operation are the stimulates by all kinds of the drainage tubes, spit out difficult, stomachache, abdominal distention and cannot achieve the self - care in the lives, et al ; 5 days after the operation is mainly the deficiency of planning drink and food. Conclusion It can release the discomfort and can promote the reovery after the operation, then to improve the quality of care.
