摘要 认识真正的"生命"须以活细胞为基础,但目前大多数研究多采用破坏性的做法。本文提出的细胞状态观点,从新的角度、用新的方式揭示和表达了生命的规律。主要内容可展示为:1个公式,即细胞状态公式;3张示意图,即几种典型的细胞类型及相互间的关系、细胞状态在生命及其物质体系中的地位与作用、不同状态细胞的海豚图式分布。这不仅使植物组织和细胞培养突破了经验的局限,走向可预测、可推理的水平,而且对认识衰老、癌变等复杂问题,破解动物克隆、干细胞培养中的难题,以及指导人类保健等有独特的作用,为从完整、动态、多层次、多尺度水平研究生命提供了新的方法与思路。 To understand life in its real sense, one should resort to living cells, but up to now, most experiments are conducted with destroyed cells or their elements. With the concept of the cell state proposed in this paper, the law of life may be studied in a new way and from a new angle. It can mainly expressed by one formula-the cell state formula, and three graphs-the typical cell types and their relationships, the roles of the cell state in the system of an organism and its substances and the dolphin-like distribution of cells with different states. In this way, not only the plant tissue and cell culture can be brought on a predictable and inferential level from empirical experiences, but also some unique solutions may be found in understanding aging and cancer, dealing with problems related to animal clone and stem cell culture, and improving conditions of health care. It provides some new insights in life researches with its complete, dynamic, multi-level and multi-dimensional methodology.
