平滑肌钙信号转导及其在低氧肺血管收缩中作用的研究进展

摘要 综述钙信号在平滑肌收缩中的调控作用。Ca^2+进入细胞浆。细胞浆内Ca^2+摄取、释放及细胞浆内Ca^2+排出细胞外的机制;钙信号的结合方式;钙信号在低氧肺血管收缩(hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction,HPV)发病机制中的作用。 The role of calcium signals in regulation smooth muscles is summarized. The mechanisms of Ca^2+ entering cytoplasm, uptake and release in cytoplasm and Ca^2+ extrusion into the extracellular solution, the integration of calcium signals and the role of calcium signals in hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction are discussed.
