摘要 提出一种钻方形孔的新机构.根据偏心旋转理论建立钻方形孔的基本原型,在Pro/ENGINEER环境下,建立了机构的装配模型.通过合理设置,准确地模拟出了钻削方形孔的基本过程.该机构实现了方形孔的钻削加工,方便、实用. A new machine for drilling square holes is given here. The basic prototype for drilling square holes was constituted based on the theory of eccentric rotation. Using Pro/ENGINEER, the assembly model of this mechanism was built. After suitable settings, the basic process for drilling square holes was simulated accurately. This mechanism can complete the drill of square holes, therefore it is very practical.
