摘要
目的:建立测定复合磷酸盐的新方法。方法:在硫酸介质中,吐温-80存在下,基于磷酸盐与钼酸铵反应,生成黄色络合物,据此建立测定磷酸盐的光度法。结果:线性范围为0~8μg/ml,检出限为0.10μg/ml。结论:方法应用于食品中微量磷酸盐含量测定,结果满意。
Objective:To develop a simple and sensitive fluorescent puenching method for determination of the compound phosphates in food samples.Methods:A novel and sensitive spectrophometric method for the determination of the compound phosphates was developed,which is base on the coupled reaction of the compound phosphates-ammonium molybdate-tween-80 content in sulphuric acid medium.Results:The compound phosphates in the linear concentration range of 0~8 μg/ml was determined with a detection limit of 0.10 μg/ml.Conclusion:The method has been applied to the determination of the compound phosphates in food samples.The possible reaction mechanism was also discussed.
