Measuring compound phosphates in food by photometry method with tween-80 to increase its sensitivity

目的：建立测定复合磷酸盐的新方法。方法：在硫酸介质中,吐温-80存在下,基于磷酸盐与钼酸铵反应,生成黄色络合物,据此建立测定磷酸盐的光度法。结果：线性范围为0～8μg/ml,检出限为0.10μg/ml。结论：方法应用于食品中微量磷酸盐含量测定,结果满意。

Objective：To develop a simple and sensitive fluorescent puenching method for determination of the compound phosphates in food samples.Methods：A novel and sensitive spectrophometric method for the determination of the compound phosphates was developed,which is base on the coupled reaction of the compound phosphates-ammonium molybdate-tween-80 content in sulphuric acid medium.Results：The compound phosphates in the linear concentration range of 0~8 μg/ml was determined with a detection limit of 0.10 μg/ml.Conclusion：The method has been applied to the determination of the compound phosphates in food samples.The possible reaction mechanism was also discussed.
