气相色谱法测定中药材中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量

Simultaneous determination of residues of pyrethroid pesticides in medicinal plants by gas chromatography

目的：建立毛细管气相色谱同时测定中药材中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯和三氟氯氰菊酯的残留量的方法。方法：采用OV-1701弹性石英毛细管柱（30 m×0.53 mm×0.32μm）分离和电子捕获检测器检测。结果：在0.05～2.5μg/ml的线性范围内,相关系数（r）分别为0.9995、0.9924、0.9992、0.9988和0.9976。低、中、高3个添加水平的回收率分别为71.4%～99.6%、72.1%～101.9%、75.2%～98.2%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.4%～9.8%,检出限为0.05～0.1 mg/kg。结论：方法简便快速,适合中药中痕量拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的同时测定。

Objective：To establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneously determination of 5 pyrethroid pesticides residues in Chinese traditional medicinal plants.Methods：OV-1701 quarts capillary column（30 m×0.53 mm×0.32 μm） and electron capture detector（ECD） were used in the separation and detection.Results：A mixed standard solution prepared from primary standards of the 5 pesticides,and calibration curve for each of the 5 pesticides was prepared covering the concentration ranges of 0.05 to 2.5 μg/ml.The correlation coefficients of these calibration curves were 0.999,0.992,0.999,0.998 and 0.997,respectively.The recoveries of 3 standard addition levels of low,medium,high concentrations were 85.5%~115.0%,84.3%~123.4% and 86.7%~114.0%,with relative standard deviations from 1.4% to 9.8%,the detection limits were 0.05 to 0.1 mg/kg for pyrethroid pesticides.Conclusion：This metod is quick,simple and suitable for detecting the residues of pyrethroid pesticides in medicinal plants.
