摘要 目的:建立气相色谱法测定蔬菜中杀菌剂和拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法。方法:蔬菜经粉碎,加入乙腈匀质提取,盐析,40℃氮吹,正己烷溶解,过弗罗里矽柱,滤液在40℃再次氮吹近干,正己烷定容,采用DB-17毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器测定,一次进行2种杀菌剂和4种拟除虫菊酯类农药的检测。结果:样品加标回收率在89.3%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差在1.1%~8.3%之间,检出限在0.0018~0.037 mg/kg之间。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标满足蔬菜中杀菌剂和拟除虫菊酯类农药检测需要。 Objective:To establish a method for detection of antiseptics and pyrethin pesticides in vegetables by GC.Methods:After vegetables smashing and homogenization,antiseptics and pyrethin pesticides were extracted by acetonitrile,salted out and blown by nitrogen in 40℃,using normal hexane to solute,crossing flory silicon pillar,the filtrate blown nearly to dry by nitrogen in 40℃,using normal hexane to make up to volume,sepatated by DB-17 capillary column,detected by ECD detector.Two antiseptics and four pyrethin pesticides can be detected at the same time.Results:The recovery range was 89.3%~109.6% with relative standard deviation 3.6%~11.2%.The detection limit was 0.018%~0.027%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.The technical specifications are suitable for the detection of antiseptics and pyrethin pesticides in vegetables.
