SD大鼠生长发育指标和主要脏器正常参考值的探讨

Research on growth development index and normal reference value of main organ of SD rats

目的：为掌握清洁级SD大鼠体重等生长发育指标和主要脏器正常参考值并进行探讨。方法：SD离乳大鼠,120只（雌雄各半）,正常喂养4～8周,测定并计算各项指标。结果：每周摄食量与体重呈线性正相关,食物利用率与体重呈线性负相关;雄性大鼠总增重和总食物利用率明显高于雌性大鼠（P〈0.01）;雄性大鼠肝、肾、脾重量显著高于雌性大鼠,其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,但雌雄大鼠脏体比之间的性别差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：不同的实验动物环境对大鼠的正常值有一定的影响,本项实验的SD大鼠正常参考值结果对毒理学研究具有一定的实际应用价值。

Objective：To explore the normal reference values of body weight,ingestion quantity,food utilize rate and main organ coefficient of SD rats.Methods：The data in SD rats of 4~8 week old（male 60 and female 60） was detected and calculated.Results：The ingestion quantity and body weight showed postive correlative.The food utilize rate and body weight showed negative correlative.The total increase weight and total food utilizing rate in male rats were significantly highter than those in female rats （P〈0.01）.The liver,kidney and spleen in male rats were significantly highter than those in female rats（P〈0.01）,but the organ coefficient had little difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The nutritim and environment of different laboratory animals affects normal value of rats.This normal reference value is valuable in toxicological study.
