TβRⅡ、MMP-7和TIMP-2表达与大肠癌临床病理关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子βⅡ型受体(TβRⅡ)、基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)及金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)蛋白在大肠癌中的表达水平和相互关系,分析三者与大肠癌临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测60例大肠癌和8例正常大肠组织TβRⅡ、MMP-7、TIMP-2的表达水平,分析两组间表达差异。结果TβRⅡ、MMP-7、TIMP-2蛋白在大肠癌中的阳性表达率依次为76.7%(46/60)、73.3%(44/60)和40.0%(24/60);其表达与肿瘤侵犯深度和转移密切相关,TβRⅡ和MMP-7的表达呈正相关。TIMP-2与TβRⅡ和MMP-7表达呈负相关。结论TβRⅡ、MMP-7和TIMP-2表达与大肠癌的侵袭转移和预后密切相关。可作为判定大肠癌预后的指标。
