摘要
近年来,我国教师博客注册人数稳定增长,应用范围不断拓展,类型趋向多样化,出现著名博客和博客群落。但也存在如下问题:写博客的心态不端正,信息素养、参与程度和质量较低,缺乏知识产权意识;网上学习的环境不配套,制度化管理引发争议,博客技术和适用性存在局限。因此需要端正写博客态度,提高信息素养能力,掌握写博客的规律,注重博客的教学适应性;完善推进和管理制度,加强技术培训和网络教研,重视专业引领作用,积极建设博客群体。
Recently,teacher blog develops rapidly on its quantity, scope and variety. And some famous blogers and blog communities have appeared as a result of it. But along with them, there are some problems about the blog.Teachers who write blogs don't have a good mentality, have few information attainments and less active participation. And they generally lack the awareness of protecting the intellectual property rights. Besides, there's not a supporting environment for the web learning; regulated management has evoked argument; limitations exist in the blog technology and its application. In view of this, teachers, while writing blogs, should have a correct attitude, improve their information attainments, master the law of writing blogs and give consideration to the blogs' applicability to teaching. Furthermore, we should also further improve the management system, strengthen the technology training and research into Internet, pay attention to the leading role of specialty and build a group of blogs.
