摘要
个性缺失是指人与人之间个性差异特征的弱化所导致的趋同性。这种趋同性是由个性缺失教育直接引起,但根源在教育缺失。教育缺失是指在教育实践活动中,因违背教育教学规律的种种不当行为所导致的育人损失。造成个性缺失的原因有:教育理论的创新不够,落伍于时代要求的旧教育理论仍然占据着新时期的教育阵地;教育行政管理部门存在着"越位"与"缺位";考试制度改革的滞后问题;评价指标的误导。改变个性缺失,促进个性健全发展的对策是:用科学发展观统帅教育事业,进一步深化教育改革;创建和谐教育新理论;为个性教育提供政策和法律保障;改革教育评价指标,构建新的教育评价体系;营造尊重和发展学生个性的教育环境。
Lack of personality refers to the tendency for people to be similar as a result of the weakening of personality characteristics which is directly related to the lack of personality education whose root is actually the absence of education. Absence of education refers to the loss of education caused by all sorts of improper behaviors breaking educational rules in the educational activities. Reasons for the lack of personality can be reduced to the following six ones: we don't have adequate innovation in educational theories; instead, the old educational theories behind the times are still dominating; the governmental executive departmehts in charge of education often exceed their positions or have their positions fall behind; the reform of testing system is lagging behind; the evaluating criterion is misleading. To change the situation of personality inadequacy and to promote the healthy development of personality, we should pay attention to the following aspects: guiding the education by the view of scientific development, further deepening the educational reform, producing a new theory for the harmonious education, providing guarantee of policies and regulations for the personality, reforming the educational evaluating criterion and constructing a new educationalevaluating system, and creating the educational environment for respecting and developing students' personality.
