2006年全国省级疾控中心食品中铅、砷含量实验室间比对结果分析

Analysis of inner-laboratory comparison results on lead and arsenic in food by provincial centers for disease control and prevention in 2006

目的:为了提高实验室检测结果的准确性和可比性。方法:采用国际上通用的稳健统计,用"Z比分数"的统计方法对铅、砷的检测结果进行分析。结果:此次质控样品共发放至全国各省级疾控中心共31个实验室,其中有30个实验室按时提交了测定结果,占发送样品的96.8%。铅测定结果满意的实验室有24家,占80%;结果可疑的有5家,占16.7%;不满意结果的有1家,占3.3%。砷测定结果满意的实验室30家,占100%。结论:全国各省级疾病预防控制中心铅、砷总体检测能力较高,部分实验室技术质量水平有待提高。

Objective：In order to enhance the accuracy,reliability and comparability of the laboratory testing results.Methods：Using the international general statistical method with ＂Z-score＂ to analyze the testing results of lead and arsenic.Results：The quality-control samples were provided to 31 laboratories of the provincial centers for disease control and 30 laboratories submitted the results on time（96.8%）.There were 24 laboratories whose testing results of lead was satisfying（80%）.The results were suspicious in 5 laboratories（16.7%）.And the results from 1 laboratory didn＇t meet with the request（3.3%）.The number of the laboratory whose testing results of arsenic were satisfying was 30,which accounted for 100% of the total.Conclusion：The general testing capability on lead and arsenic is relatively high in provincial health centers for disease control and prevention.However,there is much room for improvement on technical quality level in several testing laboratories.
