QuEChERS-高效液相色谱法同时检测动物组织中的克球酚、地克珠利和磺胺类药物残留量

Determination of clopidol,diclazuril and sulfonamides in animal tissues by QuEChERS-HPLC

目的：建立一种动物组织中兽药残留量的QuEChERS-HPLC检测方法。方法：样品以乙腈提取,混合型分散固相萃取净化,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,270 nm检测,流速1.0 ml/min。结果：检测限分别为：克球酚、磺胺类：0.05 mg/kg、地克珠利：0.10 mg/kg。在添加浓度为0.10-1.0 mg/kg范围内,回收率均可在65%-100%,相对标准偏差1%-10%。结论：将改良后的农药多残留检测QuEChERS样品处理技术成功应用于兽药残留的检测,对动物组织中的克球酚、地克珠利和磺胺类药物残留量进行同时分析,满意结果。

Objective：To set up a QuEChERS-HPLC method to determine veterinary drug residues in animal tissues.Methods：The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by dispersive-SPE.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water,the mobile speed was 1.0 ml/min and the detecting λ was 210 nm.Results：The 7 veterinaries were in level of 0.10～1.0 mg/kg,the average recoveries（n=6） were in range of 65%～100% and the RSD（n=6） of 1%～10%.The limit of determination was 0.05 mg/kg for clopidol and sulfonamides,0.10 mg/kg for diclazuril.Conclusion：The improved QuEChERS method combining HPLC has been successfully applied to determine clopidol,diclazuril and sulfonamides in animal tissues.
