摘要 目的:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铊中毒样品并考察其方法学。方法:优化仪器工作参数,用内标溶液校正基体效应干扰,用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定各样品铊含量。结果:本法的检出限为0.008μg/L,回收率96.8%~104.8%。经测定在尿样和餐具中检出高浓度铊。结论:用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铊中毒样品是一种灵敏快速、简便准确的方法。 Objective:The method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine thallium in poisoning sample with the method studied.Methods:The thallium was determined by ICP-MS with optimal instrument operation parameters selected.Results:The detection limit of this method was 0.008 μg/L,recovery rate was 96.8%~104.8%.High concentrative thallium was detected in urine and dishware.Conclusion:The method of ICP-MS is sensitive,rapid,simple and reliable for determination of thallium in poisoning sample.
