摘要
目的:建立畜禽肉中氯霉素的固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品采用乙酸乙酯提取,固相萃取法净化,经液相色谱于278 nm处测定。结果:该方法的回收率65.6%-80.7%,变异系数0.80%-8.02%。结论:该方法准确可靠,适合于畜禽肉中氯霉素的残留测定。
Objective:To develop a method to detect chloramphenicol in meat of livestock and poultry.Mehtods:The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate,purified by solid-phase extraction and was detected with HPLC.Results:The recoveries were 65.6%-80.7% and the relative standard deviation 0.80%~8.02%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable to determine the residue of chloramphenicol in meat of livestock and poultry.
