摘要
目的:建立食品中栀子黄的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经处理后,采用乙腈、水洗脱,用带有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定。结果:方法检测限为12.5 ng,相对标准偏差藏花酸为3.2%,藏花素为1.6%。回收率为92.0-98.0%。结论:本方法前处理简便,检测灵敏度高,色谱峰分离效果好,具有良好的稳定性和重现性,适用于食品中栀子黄色素的测定。
Objective:To establish a high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) analytical method for cape jasmine yellow in food.Methods:Samples after extraction were detected by HPLC.Results:The method precision was 1.6%.Detection limit was 12.5 ng.The recoveries ranged from 92.0% to 98.0%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be used to determine cape jasmine yellow in food.
