茶叶中5种拟除虫菊酯农药残留的测定

Determination of five kinds of pyrethoid pestcide residues inside tea

目的：测定茶叶中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留。方法：采用宽口径弹性石英柱气相色谱分析法,进行农药残留物的提取分析,确定最佳分析条件。结果：5种拟除虫菊酯类农药分离效果较好,其线性范围较宽,并在此浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;该法最低检出浓度为0.10-0.20 mg/kg,样品加标回收率为92.5%-115.1%。结论：方法快速简便,回收率、精密度较好,符合检测要求,适合茶叶中拟除虫菊酯类农药的测定。

Objective：To determine the five kinds of pyrethoid pestcide residues inside tea samples.Methods：The technique was studied by means of quartz column chromatography with flexbility width caliber.The distilling method of the pestcide residues from the specimens was tested.And the optimum analysis condition was determined.Results：Five pyrethoid pestcide was separated from each other,and the liner range of standard curve was broad and the liner relationship of standard curve was good.the minimal detetion concentration was 0.010～0.20 mg/kg,the recovery rate 92.5%～115.1%.Conclusion：The method has better accuracy and recovery and is suitable for determining pyrethoid pesticides in tea.
