摘要
目的:摸索更简单、快速的褪黑素(Melatonin)测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,利用褪黑素在紫外222 nm处有最大吸收峰的特点,结合超声提取、离心分离对其进行含量检测。结果:在选定的条件下,当溶液中褪黑素浓度范围在0.6~30.0μg/ml时,标准曲线的回归方程为Y=27.00X+21.35,相关系数r=0.9991,平均回收率为91.7%,相对标准偏差为2.6%。结论:通过简化提取方法,达到了简单、快速、准确测定保健品中褪黑素的目的。
Objective:To establish a convenient and rapid method for determination of melatonin.Methods:The maximal ultraviolet absorption of melatonin was 222 nm.So the content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography combined with ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal separation.Results:Under the selected condition,the regression equation was Y=27.00X+21.35 and r=0.9991 when the concentration of melatonin was 0.6~30.0 μg/ml.The average recovery was 91.7% and the relative standard deviation 2.6%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate for determination of melatonin in health products.
