摘要
目的:建立测定膨化食品中铝的塞曼-石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法。方法:采用干法灰化对膨化食品进行前处理,用塞曼-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝的含量。结果:在0~500μg/L的线性范围内,相关系数r=0.9995,方法的最低检出限为3.0×10-11g。用国家标准物质研究中心的3种标准样品进行测定,加标回收率为90%~95%,RSD为1.9%~5.9%,结果满意。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,适合日常大批量样品检测。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of aluminium in puffed food by Zeeman-GFAAS.Methods:Pretest samples by ashing,then determine content of aluminium by Zeeman GFAAS.Results:The linear range was 0~500 μg/L,the correlation coefficient 0.9995,the lowest detection limit of the method 3.0×10-11 g.Three kinds of standard samples had been determined,the recovery rate was 95%~105%,relative standard deviation(RSD) 1.9%~5.9%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate and it is suitable for daily detection of large numbers of sample determination.
