肝素抗凝血浆对钒酸盐氧化法测定总胆红素的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察肝素抗凝的血浆对钒酸盐氧化法测定总胆红素的影响。方法:将同一份新鲜血样分别注入肝素抗凝管、普通生化管、EDTA抗凝管等分离出血浆或血清后,再吸取1.0 ml血清注入肝素抗凝管摇匀,然后分别测定这4种样品的总胆红素及反应过程的光密度曲线。结果:观察了56份样品,测定结果显示:肝素抗凝血浆的总胆红素有46.4%(26/56)出现负值,41.1%(20/56)与对应的血清值相差超过20%以上;EDTA抗凝血浆的结果与血清结果基本吻合,相差均在10%以内;血清放入肝素抗凝管内混匀后的标本中有35.7%(20/56)与血清值相差超过20%;肝素抗凝血浆和血清放入肝素抗凝管内混匀后标本的光密度曲线100%出现不同程度的异常。结论:钒酸盐氧化法测定总胆红素不能使用肝素抗凝血浆。 Objective:To investigate the influence of heparitin on the total bilirubin which is detected with the vanadate oxidation method.Methods:Poured the same fresh blood sample into a heparinized tube,a common biochemical tube and an EDTA anticoagulative tube respectively.Separated the plasma or serum.Drew 1.0 ml serum from the common biochemical tube into another heparinized tube,then shaked and mixed evenly.Detected the total bilirubin with the vanadate oxidation method and got the Abs curve.Results:A total of 56 samples were observed.To the heparinized plasma,46.4%(26/56) were negative.Compared to the serum in the common biochemical tube,only,41.1%(20/56) exceed 20%.To the serum in heparinized tube,35.7%(20/56) of the samples exceed 20%.The Abs curve of the heparinized plasma and serum in heparinized tube were abnormal in varying degrees.Conclusion:Heparinized plasma can not be used to detect total bilirubin with vanadate oxidation method.
