摘要
采用编码人IL-2基因的重组痘苗病毒载体(rVV-IL-2),以invivo模式体内局部转染小鼠黑色素瘤,结果肿瘤生长速度明显减慢,荷瘤小鼠存活期显著延长。体内免疫功能的检测表明,荷瘤小鼠脾细胞的NK活性及诱导后的LAK、CTL活性明显高于对照组,表明采用rVV-IL-2载体介导invivo的肿瘤基因治疗具有一定的前景。
Treated murine melanoma by local transfection of recombinant vaccinia virus encoding human IL 2(rVV IL 2).It was observed that in vivo rVV IL 2 transfection significantly inhibited the tumor growth and prolonged the survival time of tumor bearing mice.The splenocytes from rVV IL 2 treated mice showed higher cytotoxicity of NK,LAK and CTL in comparison with the controls.These results suggested that the in vivo transfection mediated by rVV IL 2 was potentially feasible for the cancer gene therapy.
