摘要
本文报道了４例经眶外侧入路手术的颅底额眶部肿瘤，其中２例术中应用了ＣＯ２激光，结果表明该部位恶性肿瘤尤其合并感染的病例，术中配合激光手术不仅可预防炎症蔓延，亦可延缓肿瘤的复发。
Four cases of frontal orbital skull base tumors were treated with operation. With the combined frontal temporal and lateral orbital approach,tumors were resected totally. In 2 cases laser technique was used and its advantage was discussed. It could also be used to repair the anatomical structure of the frontal orbital region.
