中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛54例临床观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Unstable Angina Pectoris with Therapy of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine,A Report of 54 Cases

目的:采用中西医结合的方法对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)进行疗效观察。方法:选108例确诊的不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为两组各54例,治疗组采用常规抗凝、改善心肌供血的西药,加自拟益气活血化瘀中药治疗;对照组单用西药治疗,疗程4周。结果:临床症状疗效,治疗组显效34例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率92.6%;对照组显效25例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率77.8%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。心电图疗效治疗组显效29例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率87.0%;对照组显效18例,有效16例,无效20例,总有效率63.0%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用西药抗凝、改善心肌供血,加上自拟益气活血组方治疗UA有较好的临床疗效。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect on unstable angina pectoris with therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine. Method ： 108 cases of definite unstable angina pectoris were selected and divided into two groups randomly. 54 cases in the treatment group were treated with decoction of benefiting vital qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis as well as routine anticoagulation and western medicine improving blood - supply of cardiac muscle. And the cases in the control group were treated only with western medicine. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Result： About the clinical curative effect, in the treatment group 34 cases were excellent, 16 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92. 6%. In the control group 25 cases were excellent, 17 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 77. 8% （P 〈0.05 ）. About the curative effect of electrocardiogram, In the treatment group,29 cases were excellent,18 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 0%. In the control group,18 cases were excellent,16 cases were effective and 20 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.0% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical curative effect is good with the method of decoction of benefiting vital qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis as well as routine anticoagulation and western medicine to improve blood - supply of cardiac muscle.
