摘要
为达到清除病灶和提高听力的双重目的，作者对１８９耳慢性化脓性中耳炎，行改良根治伴鼓室成形术。随访１～７年，鼓膜愈合率为９４１８％，术后听力提高≥１０ｄＢ为７２４９％，言语频率气、骨导差≤２０ｄＢ为６１３８％。
According to the analysis of 189 cases of chronic supperative otitis media, who have received the modified radical mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty, we draw conclusions as follows: in the following seven years after operation, the healing rate of tympanic membrane is 94.18%; the rate of hearing ability improved by 10dB or even more is 72.49%; the rate of the gap which is not more than 20dB between AC and BC at speech frequencies is 61.38%.
