羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻术临床体会 被引量:1

摘要 应用羟基磷灰石微粒隆鼻术8例,结合固体硅胶隆鼻术1000例的经验,认为羟基磷灰石微粒的性质和物理状态上的优势使其排异反应小、并发症少,在外伤后鞍鼻中成形方便,但其成形后美学效果不及固体硅胶隆鼻,故在美容术中应用较少,有待进一步研究。 cases received Augmentation Rhinoplasty (AR) with Hydroxyapatites (HA) particles. Compared with the 1 000 cases of AR with solid silicon Rubber (ssR), it has the advantage of lower rejection, fewer complications and greater plastic convenience in injured Saddle nose, but its esthetic effect is not as good as that with ssR. So it is less often used in esthetic surgery. Further study is necessary.
