摘要
针对声发射信号特征参数范围交叉较宽、声发射源难以识别的问题,提出特征提取的三比值法,将幅度与能量差之比、幅度与计数差之比、幅度与持续时间差之比作为三比值法的3个参量,建立声发射源特征的物元模型,根据三比值缺陷识别准则,判断出表征症状隶属于某种特定的声发射源,解决了特征参数范围交叉较宽的信号识别问题。利用声发射检测数据验证了三比值法识别声发射源的准确度,识别结果与实测结果相符。
In order to recognize the acoustic emission (AE) source with wide intersection ranges of the characteristic parameters, three-parameter-ratio method is put forward, The ratios of the peak amplitude to the energy difference, the peak amplitude to the counts difference and the peak amplitude to the rise-time difference are used as three parameters in three-parameter-ratio method. The matter-element model is built to describe the characteristics of the acoustic emission. The dependent function and degree of a symptom of the AE source are introduced to evaluate the possibility of the AE source. The AE source can be recognized using the diagnosis rules of three-parameter-ratio method. Recognition example is used to validate the proposed three-ratio method. Result shows that three-parameterratio method can recognize the acoustic emission sources from crack, friction, residual stress, leakage and electric noise that have wide intersection ranges.
