摘要
飞机发动机转速表是由发动机转速传感器测量发动机转速,并将转速转化为频率可变的交流信号,驱动转速表转动,因此检测发动机转速表需要启动发动机,耗费大量的人力和财力。本文介绍一种用新的计算机—单片机通信方式,通过单片机提供三相控制信号来代替飞机的传感器测量信号,驱动仪表的转动。这种方法已经成功地对某型飞行发动机转速仪表进行检测,同时这种方法还可以用于其他各频率类仪表的检测。
Plane's engine tachometer measures enginCs rev by engine rev sensor, and turn it into changing frequency AC signals. In this way,it drive the meter drive. So, test the engine tachometer needs start the plane's engine,it will cost much. This article will introduce a new communication way between computer and microchip. The microchip will drive the meter by three-phase control signals instead of the original plane's sensor signals. This method has tested some plane's engine tachometer successfully. At the same time, this method could be used on tests about other frequency meters.
