摘要 菲莱氏温扬球虫(WenyonelaphiliplevineiLeibovitz,1968)的裂体生殖过程是在具皱褶膜的纳虫空泡中进行的。发育早期的滋养体外被单层界膜,胞质中含一些退化的运动期虫体特有的细胞器(如微线体等),以及丰富的内质网、线粒体、高尔基体等。裂殖子以外出芽方式形成于裂殖体表面。裂殖子外被3层单位膜,中层和内层组成内膜复合体。裂殖子中部表膜上有1~2个微孔。类锥体由5~6圈微管组成,内有1对棒状体颈部,2根锥体内微管和若干微线体。类锥体前为R1、R2。棒状体起于顶孔,止于虫体中部,分细的颈部和膨大的体部,虫体前部有大量微线体。膜下微管为22根。核位于虫体后部,每代成熟裂殖子均有数个致密体和大量支链淀粉粒。 The schizont of W.philiplevinei Leibovitz, 1968 developed in parasitophorous vacuole, containing intravacuolar folds. The trophozoite was bounded by a single unit membrane. In its cytoplasm there were remnants of sporozoite or merozoite structures, such as micronemes and parts of the inner pellicular complex, and endoplasmic reticula, mitochondria and golgiosome, ect. The multinuclear meronts gave rise to merozoites in exogenesis pattern. The merozoite was enclosed with a trimembranous pellicle. The middle and inner membrane were close approached and comprised the inner pellicular complex. 1 2 micropores were located in the midpart of merozoite. Twenty two microtubules were found beneath the inner pellicular complex. The conoid, in which there were the necks of the two rhoptries, two microtubules and some micronemes, was constructed with 5 6 rounds of microtubules. Several dense bodies and many amylopectin granules were found in the cytoplasm. The nucleus was located in the posterior part of the merozoites.
