摘要
以大家畜和小鼠感染试验比较了我国南、北两大疫区伊氏锥虫株及南方疫区动基体株和无动基体株的致病力。结果显示,感染南方疫区动基体株和无动基体株的马属动物和牛的临床及血检变化极为相似,感染后者的小鼠平均存活时间比感染前者的长16h,但两虫株致病力无明显统计学差异。感染北方疫区动基体株小鼠的平均存活时间比感染南方株的长,与感染南方疫区动基体株组间差异显著(P<0.05),与无动基体株组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。提示北方疫区虫株致病力弱于南方疫区虫株。
The virulences of kinetoplast and dyskinetoplast strains of Trypanosoma evansi from Southwest and North of China were studied in domestic animal and mouse infection experiments. The horse, mule and calves respectively infected with kinetoplast and dyskinetoplast strains from North China did not show significant differences in general signs, pyrexia, parasitemia and postmortem changes. The average survival time of mice infected with dyskinetoplast strain was longer 16 h than that of mice infected with kinetoplast strain, but there was no significant difference between them(P>0 05). This indicated that the virulences of the two strains were similar. However, there were significant differences between average survival times of mice infected with kinetoplast strain(190 00±34 96 h) from North China and of that infected with kinetoplast strain(142 00±24 70 h)(P<0.01) and dyskinetoplast strain(158.13±40.33 h) from Southern China. It suggested that the virulence of strain from North China was lower than that of strains from Southwest China.
