摘要
通过给父母代蛋鸡饲喂一定剂量Ge-132,获取富锗种蛋并孵化出雏鸡,取360只随机分成8组,即C、D、E、F、I、J、K和L组,每组45只;另取普通雏鸡270只,随机分成4组,A、G组各75只,B、H组各60只。以上各组均施行人工感染vMDV、MD疫苗接种和饲料加锗等3种处理,于第1、15、30、45、60日龄时检测血清干扰素(IFN)含量和外周血T淋巴细胞数。结果显示:(1)1日龄富锗雏鸡血清IFN含量明显高于同龄普通雏鸡(P<0.01),分别为(45.3415±6.6019)U/mL和(10.1992±1.4407)U/mL;(2)健康和人工感染vMDV雏鸡加喂锗的血清IFN含量持续升高,感染vMDV的富锗并补锗雏鸡血清IFN含量高于其他各组(P<0.01,P<0.05);(3)1日龄富锗雏鸡外周血ANAE+T淋巴细胞数明显高于普通雏鸡(P<0.05),MD疫苗免疫后各组ANAE+T细胞数均显著增加(P<0.01),vMDV感染后,则明显减少,但富锗并补锗雏鸡感染vMDV后,下降的幅度相对较小,ANAE+T细胞数明显高于各对应组(P<0.05)。从而证实:锗是一种IFN的有效诱生剂,并可明显增加外周血A?
Three hundred hy line parent layers were fed the diets containing the proper dosage of Ge 132, and produced the germanium rich eggs which were hatched with the normal eggs in the same conditions. The chicken rich in germanium were randomly divided into eight groups each of 45. Two hundred and seventy normal chickens were randomly allocated into four groups, group A, G and B, H were 75 and 60 birds respectively. All groups were treated with infection of vMDV, MD vaccination and adding Ge 132 in the diet. The activities of interferon, ANAE positive lymphocytes were examined. The results showed as follows. 1.The serum interferon activities of germanium chickens were significantly (P<0.01) higher than those of normal chickens. The interferon of blood in normal and germanium chickens were (10.1992±1.4407) U/mL and (45.3415±6.6019) U/mL respectively. 2.The interferon activities continually increased in healthy and vMDV infected chickens fed the diets containing 100 mg/kg Ge 132. At the day of fifteen, the interferon of the healthy and germanium rich chickens were 15 times as much as normal chickens and 8 times higher than germanium chickens non adding Ge 132. 3.The number of ANAE + T cell in germanium chickens were more than those in normal chickens at the one day age. The number of ANAE + T cell in chickens treated with MD vaccination significantly increased. On the other hand, the ANAE + T cell significantly decreased when the chickens infected with vMDV. But the reducing ranges of the ANAE + T cell were relative narrow and numbers of ANAE + T cell increased in some degree compared to the homologous groups. The studies confirmed that germanium as an effective IFN inductor could increase the numbers of ANAE + T cell in peripheral blood and play a great role in inhibiting the MD tumor.
