摘要
对医用Ti-15Mo合金在不同工艺固溶处理后的显微组织及力学性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,Ti-15Mo合金经800℃×10 min固溶水冷、550℃×8 h时效空冷处理后,可以得到较低的压缩弹性模量、较高的硬度和抗压强度,有利于该合金作为人工关节材料时满足生物力学适应性和耐磨承重的要求。断口分析表明该工艺条件下Ti-15Mo合金发生了韧性断裂,表现出良好的韧性。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of medical Ti-15Mo alloy treated with different solution treatment process were studied. The results show that lower compress elasticity module, higher hardness and compressive strength are obtained by solution treatment at 800℃ for 10 min and then water cooling, and 550℃ aging for 8 h then air cooling. These properties of Ti-15Mo alloy treated with this process could meet the demands of bio-mechanical adaptability, wear-resistance and bearing capacity as biomaterials used for joint prosthesis. The fracture analysis indicats that with thus treated Ti-15Mo alloy displays toughness fracture,and show good toughness.
