心房颤动射频导管消融的术式研究进展
摘要
随着射频导管消融（下称消融）技术和设备的发展，心房颤动消融作为一种非药物的心律控制手段正引起关注。新近美国心脏病协会、美国心脏病学会、欧洲心脏病学会关于心房颤动治疗的指南中。对有症状的阵发性心房颤动患者，如果一种抗心律失常药物治疗无效即可考虑行消融治疗。Wazni等通过比较药物和消融治疗心房颤动的复发率、住院率和生活质量后得出结论：消融对有症状的心房颤动患者是可行的一线治疗选择。
