心脏再同步化治疗窄QRS波群心力衰竭1例
摘要
患者女性，66岁，因反复活动后气急2年，再发3天入院。体检：HR70次／min，BP100／60mmHg。气促貌，颈静脉充盈。心律齐，心尖部收缩期可闻及2／6级粗糙杂音。两肺底可及湿性哕音。双下肢轻度水肿。心电图（图1A）示：窦性心律，P—R间期162ms，QRS时间101ms。超声心动描记术检查（图1B）：左心房内径3．6cm，左心室舒张末期内径5．9cm，左心室射血分数33．4％，每搏量38ml，
