30年来的就业制度改革是政府与劳动力市场共同发挥作用配置劳动力资源的过程,基本遵循了努力发挥市场配置劳动力资源的市场化改革原则。为此在简要考察计划经济体制下形成的统包统配制的就业制度的基础上,探讨就业制度改革30年来的简要进程,反思就业制度改革,分析展望未来我国就业制度改革的前景,提出在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中有效扩大就业与实现社会就业比较充分的对策。

By inspection of the planned employment system,the paper discusses and introspects the process of the employment system reform during 30 years,and looks forward to the future of employment reform.It also proposes the advice on enlarging employment and relatively achieving full employment through process of construction of a socialist harmonious society.
