新一轮土地利用总体规划中生态功能空间差异分析方法——以南京市江宁区为例

Methodology for Analysis of Spatial Variation of Ecological Function in General Land Use Planning——A Case Study of Jiangning County

为引导规划区内的可持续发展,新一轮土地利用总体规划修编强化了规划的生态保护功能。在此背景下,本文构筑生态功能评价的指标体系,试图从土地利用角度揭示规划区内生态功能的差异,构建土地利用总体规划中生态功能空间差异的分析方法,以期为制定正确的土地利用分区方案提供参考,使生态理念融入土地利用规划工作。文章以南京市江宁区为例,在评价江宁区生态功能的基础上,进行了不同镇之间单因素和多因素综合的生态功能空间差异分析。

To maintain sustainable development of a district, it is essential to strengthen its environment protection capability in land planning. On this premise, attempts were made to design a new index system, which could expose difference in ecological function within a district, and find a method for analyzing the difference in land planning. It is expected that the findings of the study could be beneficial to both land use and land planning. The case study of Jiangning County sets an example to show the way to analyze differences in ecological function.
