黄芩苷脂质体的包封率测定和体外释放度考察

Study on encapsulation efficiency and in vitro release of baicalin liposomes

目的:测定黄芩苷脂质体的包封率,并考察其体外释放规律。方法:用逆相法制备黄芩苷脂质体。用葡聚糖凝胶G-50柱分离脂质体和游离药物,用HPLC法测定包封率。按照中国药典2005年版溶出度第三法考察黄芩苷脂质体体外释放规律。结果:测得黄芩苷脂质体平均包封率为54.4%,黄芩苷脂质体的体外释放规律符合一级动力学方程。结论:黄芩苷脂质体具有较高的包封率,在体外具有良好的缓释作用。

OBJECTIVE To determine the encapsulation efficiency of baicalin liposomes and study baicalin release characteristic from the liposomes in vitro. METHODS Baicalin liposomes were prepared by the reversephase evaporation technique. The unencapsulated baicalin and liposomes were separated by sephadex gel （3-50, the encapsulation efficiency was detected by HPLC. The release behavior of the drug was studied by the third methed for dissolution of the 2005 Chines pharmacopoeia. RESULTS The encapsulation efficiency of liposomes was 54.45%,and the release in vitro was accord with the firsl order model. CONCLUSION The drug encapsulation efficiency is high and the liposomes have sustained relesing effect.
