高效液相色谱法快速测定霉酚酸血药浓度 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法快速测定人血浆中霉酚酸药物浓度。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-10mmol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=3.0)(50:50);柱温25℃;流速1.5mL·min^-1;检测波长254nm。结果:本测定方法的线性范围为0.1~50mg·L^-1,r=0.9998。平均回收率为(97.5±5.4)%,日内RSD不大于5.8%,日间RSD不大于7.2%。MPA的最低检测浓度为0.1mg·L^-1。结论:本方法简单、快速、灵敏、重复性好,适用于MPA临床血药浓度监测及人体药动学研究。
