摘要
根据某雷达RCS动态测量的实际过程,分析了影响测量精度的主要因素,并详细研究了其不确定度的主要来源及分析处理方法,包括天线定位误差、多路径照射、交叉极化、能量漂移、频率漂移、近场反射、噪声与背景、非线性、测距精度、标准体等因素,最后给出了某RCS实际测量过程的不确定度分析结果。此方法具有普遍适用性,可用于不同雷达与目标的RCS动态测量过程。
The main elements which affect the precision of RCS dynamic measurement are analyzed based on one real measurement process, the uncertainty's sources and deal methods are traversed and determined, including the pointing errors, multipath illumination, cross polarization, drift, frequency, near field, noise-background, nonlinearity, range, reference RCS, etc., and the uncertainty's estimate result of one RCS measurement process is presented in the end. The method proposed in the paper has prevalent applicability, and can be used in different radar and different targets' RCS dynamic measurement process.
