摘要
多年来中国磷肥工业废渣的开发研究以及回收利用主要集中在磷石膏等废渣上,而对副产物含氟硅胶这类废渣重视不够。为避免资源浪费和环境污染,应加强对副产硅胶的开发利用。若能对副产硅胶进行有效的回收加工,将有良好的环境效益和经济效益。综述了几种磷肥副产硅胶综合利用的技术,包括利用副产硅胶制备液体硅酸钠、沉淀二氧化硅、4A分子筛及五水偏硅酸钠的技术,并介绍了这几种产品的性质、用途及市场前景。此外,还总结了上述几种磷肥副产硅胶综合利用技术的优缺点。
For many years, more attention have been paid to the research and reutilization of phosphogypsum residues of phosphate fertilizer industry in China, but less attention to by - product - fluoridebearing silica gel. To avoid resources waste and environmental pollution, it is necessary to strengthen development and utilization of by - product silica gel. Provided, it could be effectively recovered and processed, considerable environmental and economic benefit will be gained. This paper summarized several comprehensive utilization techniques of by - product silica gel,including preparation techniques for liquid sodium silicate, white carbon ,4A molecular sieve and sodium metasilicate pentahydrate from by -product silica gel in phosphate fertilizer industry. The property, application and market prospects of these products were introduced as well. Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the techniques were summed up.
