摘要 目的探讨转移因子联合阿昔洛韦治疗频发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法试验组46例,转移因子口服液10 mL2次/d,阿昔洛韦缓释片0.4 g,3次/d;对照组40例,阿昔洛韦缓释片0.4 g,3次/d;两组均治疗至HSV-2 IgG,IgM抗体阴性,但最长不超过6个月。结果试验组3个月、6个月后HSV-2 IgG,IgM抗体的阴转率均比对照组高(P(0.05)。结论转移因子可提高频发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。
