摘要
采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法对４５９例乳腺癌组织进行ＥＲ、ＰＲ的检测，结果ＥＲ阳性率８３．０％，ＥＲ和ＰＲ的表达具有一致性；ＥＲ、ＰＲ阳性率与肿瘤的增大、淋巴结转移个数、月经状况无关。
cases of breast cancer have been analysed for ER and PR by ABC immunohistochemistry method.The results showed that the rate of ER positive is 83.0% and that of PR positive is 81.5%. It is repoted in the data that the rates of ER positive and PR Positive have no relation with the development of tumor,the number of Lymphnode metastasis and menopause.
