乳腺癌患者与正常人微循环变化的对比观察

Comparative Observation Of Change In Microcirculation Of Breast Cancer Patients And Normal Person

采用微循环检测技术对５３８例乳腺癌患者，１５０例正常人乳腺进行对比观察研究，结果提示乳腺癌患者甲襞及球结膜循环大多血流缓慢，毛细血管排列呈网状，其连接多呈三角形或锥形，部分患者有出血，血管畸形及静脉变性，与对照组差异显著。由此了解到乳腺癌与血瘀有明显的关系，病程越长微循环障碍越重，血管常呈双袢行，血流方向则相反，加深了我们对病人机体功能，结构和病理过程的认识，这对于全面分析病情，鉴别其病理发生与发展、判断预后、选择治疗方法均有重要的指导意义。

We′ve adapted microirculation detecting technology to observe 538 cases of mammary cancer patients in contcast with 150 normal person The result seems to be that in mammaty cancer patients nailfold and bulbat conjunctiva microcirculation moves slow,the arrange range of capillary is netted ,in triangle and cone conjunction.part of the patients suffer from bleeding ,blood vessed malformation and vein degeneration,There were significant differences if it compare with reference group,So we can make a conclusion that mommary cancer has great relation with blood stasis.The longer the course of disease is ,the more serious the obstaesl of microcirulation will be.The blood veessel appears to be a pair of capillary loops,but the direction of bleeding is opposite.It helps us to understand more about patients'function of organism,structure and the course of pathology,It is benifical for analysising patients'condition comprehensively,having aquantance to evaluate happening and developing of pathology,deciding prognoses and the way of treatment.
